Where was I?? Oh yes, the moldies ate the moriori, probably because they were too fat (the latter) to run away from the former, and the former were too bloody lazy to do much.
When the moriori ran out, they started catching and eating everything else that moved slower than they did, starting with Moa (all gone now), finally ending up with kumara, that only move slightly slower than your average n***er.
In order to catch Moa, the n***er burned out almost all of the native forest of what is now Otago (go ahead, n***ers, try and change THAT name), leaving it a tussocked mess.
When they got bored with eating moa, they fought among themselves a lot. Thats why there are lots of Iwi, or hapu or whatever the whuck they call themselves. Its because they were from different bloody islands and although they were as useless as each other, they each thought themselves superior, so they killed each other.
And ate them
Nowadays, no moldie knows who they are. The whucking propaganda that I have been forced to digest suggests that moldie are noble, they found their way to this land, established a nation, husbanded the land and achieved great things until the white guys arrived.

Origins of the Maori in New Zealand.
It seems that "Maori" are the jetsam of polynesia.
There was no noble voyage by people looking for greener pastures as the Moldie propagandists would have you believe.
Once upon a time, the chiefs of the various peoples scattered around polynesia decided that they each had a problem. As part of their nation there was always the "dead wood", the middle-men, the lazy fat bastards who did nothing, were worth nothing, and just made trouble for everyone else.
It was the decision of the chiefs that these people would be better off somewhere else, so they sent them packing to this out-of-the way place that they named "Aoteoroa". This word does not mean "land of the the long white cloud" as the propagandists would have you believe, it actually means "place where we drop the useless bits".
Seems that someone had already done that before, however i am getting ahead of myself.
So the useless people, who had been dubbed "Maori" which is a polynesian term meaning "waste of useful space" were told of this wonderful place, that they would have the honour of going to and colonising on behalf of their people and they were given directions, really good boats (that thankfully only worked one-way) and lots of fatty foods for their voyage.
All of the "maori" left their homelands at the same time and infested, oops, colonised Aoteoroa at different times (hence different tribes).
They found the Moriori (which means orignal useless people) who they killed and ate.

Its not often that I agree with Winston Gianni Yves Christian Peters (Winnie the Shit, for short). As a matter of fact, I gag a bit when I think that one of the things he said yesterday was, actually, true!

Winnie the Shit, long time Uncle Tom and Al Capone rolled up into one, went to his political grave (finally) yesterday, almost, claiming that the tribunal that put him away (sort of) was "...like Zimbabwe".

Hail the fallen heroes
Today is ANZAC Day, a day in New Zealand and Australian history that actually means something. I wont go into the origins for those who dont know about it, because in reality, these origins have become incidental to the spirit of Anzac, notwithstanding their horror and continuing relevance.

I have listened today to empassioned pleas for unity, for remembrance of the spirit of Anzac, for a strengthening of christian values, and for a solidarity in society that would honour our fallen heroes.

What a whucking shame. I watched the faces of those who listened to these words, and I watched them shake their heads in collective resignation to the fact that there is no unity in this country any more. There are no Christian Values. There is tyranny, there are oppressive and unfair laws. There is one set of rules for one part of society, and another, more arduous and onerous set for the rest.

Lets recap the weeks travesties, shall we?

A 3-year old baby dies, severe head injuries being the cause. No-one really sure who did it. Mum and dad are both nutters.

A 20-something year old stands trial for the killing of his twin babies. He blames the mother, the mother blames the toddler sibs of the dead babies, the family knows who really did it, but nobody is telling the truth. The family are all nutters.

It transpires that TVNZ avoided airing an internationally-acclaimed documentary on gangs that contained some pretty damning footage of the mongrel mob. They claim that the rights to broadcast it here were never offered to them. I claim they didnt want to disparage the mongrels because dear folk, they are nutters.

Another gang member gets 1 year and 8 months jail for having sex with a 12-year old and a 13-year old. He will be out in just over a year. The girls and the kiddie-fiddler were all nutters.

The 18-year old murderer of a pizza delivery boy (the murderer was 12 when he killed the fellow) has been released from prison after serving just 6 years in jail. He is a nutter. CAN YOUR REALLY TELL ME THAT THE SO-CALLED JUSTICE SYSTEM DIDNT PLAN HIS RELEASE ALL ALONG?

This is entirely whucked up. The whucking nutters, the moldie whuckers who are systematically destroying my beautiful home just keep getting away with this shit. The whucking nanna dyke limp-dick gummint that has ridden roughshod over us for so long, sustains this bullshit.

Its that time of year again - the Rugby has started, even before the cricketers have packed up their balls and their pads and said fairwell to the southern hemisphere.

Super XIV (how do you pronounce that) is back, and with it a refreshed bunch of used up hasbeens lording over us mere mortals while they are sitting in their commentary positions.

While Martin Crowe's efforts at the cricket made the most boring of games even moreso, and Ian Smith, even when trying to inject a wee bit of seriousness or even pathos managed to cause a chuckle or two from the assembled audio vidience, it is the wombats that describe rugby matches that take the prize for being the thickest fuckwad wankers to have ever strapped on a microphone.

John Drake is the worst.

While he might have been able to run around the paddock in his heyday, that is long since gone and any talent he had with the long brown ball has not translated well into his position of assumed power over non-Aucklanders.

I am led to understand that Mr Drake was, in fact, a member of the Auckland Rugby team. This explanation was given to me in a feeble attempt to explain why any description of any passage of play only revolved around what Auckland did.

I didnt realise that Mr Drake only had one eye. While watching the opening stanzas of the rugby season, it appeared that Only Auckland Could Play Rugby, and the poor bloody waikatans from south of the Bombays were only there to occupy the other side of the park.
Blatant breaches of rules (new and old) by Auckland were ignored or fobbed off by mr drake, while fantastic displays of rugby prowess (in my opinion) by the Waikato team was descirbed by Mr Drake as being either wonderfully defended by Auckland, or something similar.

I have heard Mr Drake comment on All Black matches as well, and you would believe that he was, in fact, Australian, Irish, Argentinian, South African, Tongan, Japanese, French, English, Welsh, Scottish, Italian, or any other nationality besides Kiwi.

I hate John Drake. I want his throat to seize up so I dont have to listen to that prurient bullshit spouting forth when i want to watch a game that I enjoy.

Yep, boys and girls, its time for that most sacred of holidays on the New Zulland calendar - Waitangi Day.

For those of you blissfully ignorant, Waitangi Day (February 6) is the commemoration of the signing of a Treaty between the Crown (England) and the combined native peoples of this land we know (and sometimes love) as New Zealand. The native peoples are referred to as the Maori. I will pronounce that name in the manner in which they wish it to be pronounced. Ironically, rendering the pronunciation phonetically gives the name an appropriate spin - Moldie.

The Treaty that was signed at Waitangi, in the country's northern provinces, near to the original colonial capital of Russell (erstwhile called Kororareka by the native folk at the time), which is ironically called "the Treaty of Waitangi", bestowed occupancy rights of the land on the English settlers, granted in full by the collected chiefs of the native tribes, in return for protection from invasion by the lowly scum french, dutch and german empires.

Quid pro quo meant that england would protect moldie, and moldie would be granted their customary rights to use the land as they were, while english settlement would commence and the whole land would be shared by all people. Due consideration, in the form of some muskets, blankets and trinkets, was made.

Seems, of course, that nowadays one cant mention "the Treaty" without causing some angst.

Seems Moldie decided that customary rights included things like, um, petroleum, broadcast airwaves, airspace, roading, rail, deep-sea fisheries and the like. Mind you, when the treaty was signed in 1840, not many of these things were evident to many people, let alone being the "customary right" of the moldies in their grass skirts and mud huts at the time.

Since moldie became educated, hey they were kiwis too right, they claim more and more and more and then argue amongst themselves about it, before squandering whatever we give them.

Why does this continue.

The Treaty has spawned not only an entire industry for politicians, lawyers and ex-spurts, but has divided this nation. Previously, normal, white folk would be happy to let moldie people work and educate and be part of the overall New Zulland community. Moldie, of course, arent happy with this, they have decided that customary rights included the necessity for normal people to become Moldies. From today's New Zealand Herald. I will add no comments, as no comments are needed really.

Fuelled by a jealous rage, Vance Tuheke stormed into his ex-girlfriend's home screaming, "I'm going to kill you", before plunging a 15cm blade into the face of a man he believed was her new boyfriend.

The force of the blow was so strong that the serrated blade snapped off inside the man's face and was left embedded between his left cheek and right eye socket.

Yesterday, on the day Tuheke was supposed to stand trial for the knife attack, the 32-year-old digger operator pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm to the man.

As a result, the Herald can now reveal this is the second serious knife attack Tuheke has been involved in in the past 10 years.

In 1998, he was sentenced to two years' imprisonment after stabbing an ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend in what appeared to have been another jealous rage.

In that case the couple were asleep in their North Shore home when Tuheke entered and repeatedly stabbed the woman's new boyfriend in his buttocks, groin and back.

One of the eight knife wounds went through the man's lung, shoulder blade and into the mattress below him. The terrified girlfriend was also stabbed once as she tried to escape.

In the recent case, which occurred on July 7 last year, Tuheke became enraged during phonecalls to Elisha Brett, his former partner and the mother of his child, after she had a protection order served on him.

During one of the conversations he became aware that she had a man at her house and made the incorrect assumption he was her new boyfriend.

At 1.30am Tuheke arrived at Ms Brett's house armed with a knife. He approached her friend Esley James, saying "I'm going to f*** you up. I'm going to kill you."

He then thrust the blade towards Mr James' chest and throat but Mr James managed to ward off the blow.

Both men fell to the ground but Tuheke got up. He then punched Mr James in the head and stabbed him in the face.

The blade entered Mr James' left cheek, cut through his sinus cavity and came to rest against his right eye socket. The x-ray image of the blade embedded in his face made headlines throughout the country.

Tuheke left the house still yelling threats. Police were called and Mr James was rushed to hospital.

Ms Brett also left the house after the stabbing, taking with her a young child.

She then met up with Tuheke and drove him north, where they hid until police found them.

Ms Brett has pleaded guilty to being an accessory after the fact. She is due to be sentenced this week.

Tuheke, whose list of previous convictions includes assaulting police, assaulting a female, wilful damage and cultivating cannabis, is due to be sentenced in October.

Several important (no, really!) things happened in NZ parliament this last coupla days. In no particular temporal order:

- A couple of key Labour policies have been dashed - courtesy of the democratic process. The one that was significant only because it was the token "we love you aussies" gesture was the trans tasman therapeutic products management bill. This would place all non-pharmaceutical products (health food stuff) under the control of an ostensibly joint management watchdog. In essence, it meant that the $NZ1.2b kiwi industry would be in the hands of the A$10.5b australians, who would ensure that their products were approved in new zulland and the kiwi ones were banned from australia - usual story.
Anyway, National pulls its bi-partisan support, taking with it the support of many sensible smaller parties, and the legislation is abanoned.

This should be seen as a huge blow to everyone who is trying desparately to fuck up this country. Hooray! To King Annette (he who must be scorned) and Good ol brown-eyes Winnie Peters i say - ha ha ha ha ha. You are so fucked. To good old Don Key thanks.

Why do we let these people have children? These two not only beat this child to the point of death, they did absolutely nothing to try and save the boy's life.

Eight years? Let me see... 8 years, less time served, less minimum non-parole period equals about 3 years each might serve. The "mother" will shortly find herself pregnant, and so will serve about 5 months in prison with the other nutter kid-killers and will then be out to raise another child so that it is about the right age to be beaten to death when dad gets out in about 3 years time. And the cycle continues.

Can it get any worse for Corrections? The punch-drunk department stumbles from one embarrassment to the next, this time being flayed alive by the Chief Ombudsman to such a degree he was worried his report would be construed as criticism for criticism's sake.

The word "unsatisfactory" peppers just about every page of his report on Corrections treatment of prisoners when transporting them from jail to court or from jail to jail. And when things are not unsatisfactory, they tend to be "highly unsatisfactory", "undesirable" or "unacceptable".

If it was not obvious already, John Belgrave's 116-page report confirms the department is - to use National's one-word description - dysfunctional.

It simply has not been performing to the standards expected of a government department. Not that you would know, judging from the silence of the State Services Commission, the supposed state sector watchdog.

Even though the report does not deal in detail with last year's murder of 17-year-old Liam Ashley in the back of a prison van - Mr Belgrave's investigation covered prisoner transport in general - the findings are further embarrassment for Corrections' chief Barry Matthews because some of the managerial failings happened on his watch.

Likewise Corrections Minister Damien O'Connor, who for the umpteenth time has been left high and dry by his department.

Attention will focus on Mr Belgrave's assertion that current practices and conditions in which prisoners are moved around cities and around the country are essentially "inhumane" and may well breach the Bill of Rights. But then some hardliners may say "so what?"

Much more damaging for Corrections' reputation - and Mr O'Connnor's with it - is the report's cataloguing of managerial blunders which meant there were no national standards and consistency in the transport of prisoners.

In particular, the report notes an absence of communication between the department's Wellington head office and front-line staff, adding that is a major ground for criticism of central management. That is bad enough. However, a "saddened" Mr Belgrave observed he made the same point in a report on another aspect of prisoner treatment two years ago.

His report also reveals that Corrections led his office up the garden path, saying it was meeting new standards for heating and ventilating prison vans when, in fact, it was struggling to do so. Given the Chief Ombudsman's standing as an officer of Parliament, that is an astonishing thing for a government department to do and there could be repercussions.

Of significance to the Ashley case, Chubb Security, the company contracted to provide prisoner transport, flagged its concern about the inability of prisoners in the back of vans to communicate with prison officers sitting in the cab up front. That concern went unanswered by the department for more than a year. While Chubb waited for the department to respond, Liam Ashley was killed.

An internal Corrections probe last December blamed a string of errors for the circumstances in which Liam Ashley ended up unconscious in the back of the van.

Having kept their jobs in the wake of that inquiry, both minister and chief executive were always likely to be able to survive Mr Belgrave's report, critical as it is.

Mr O'Connor keeps waving a recently completed internal review of Corrections' head office in the face of those questioning why he has not tendered his resignation.

He says it has established much clearer lines of accountability.

He says it will produce the required "culture change" in Corrections. He says senior managers are now on notice.

He is right. He and Mr Matthews just walked out of the Last Chance Saloon. The excuses have run out. The next time Corrections slips up big-time, one or other will have to be sacrificed

Bain did it and you fucking know it...

Joe Karam is as guilty of sedition as David Bain is of murder.

Remember folks, the Privy Council did not exonerate Bain, just determined that due process was not observed during the appeals process. This does not mean that the guy is innocent, just that his application to appeal his conviction was not heard properly.

What a fucking surprise. This country has existed on a nod and a wink for 167 years, with nobody really knowing what they were doing - the "she'll be right" attitude was accepted. Karam's entire argument was based on two things:
- The bloody footprint that police decided was Bain's was "too big to be David's foot"; and
- the computer was turned on before he (Bain) could have arrived back home.

Issues like the missing spectacle lens, Laniet "gurgling" and whether or not dad was getting his rocks off in his daughter were totally circumstantial and ignorant cunts like Karam latched onto those, like the typical half-baked armchair expert and said "These arent right, therefore he is innocent!" He (Karam) is no more use to society than the blockhead that shouts at the ref (via the tv screen) with stubby in hand because he disagrees with an offside call.

Lets look at the bloody footprint. The speculation that the footprint was too big was based on a scaled police photograph of a fairly clear blood print of a foot. The print was on underlayed carpet. Try it yourself people - use mud or oil on your foot and tread on your soft carpet then remove your foot. the print is wider, but not too much longer than the actual size of the foot. Can any of you knuckleheads work out why? Push your finger into a stamp pad - hard - look at your finger, not just the tip is covered in ink, now, is it?

As for the computer. Oh jesus-fucking-bill-gates-christ help me.
Back in 1994 there was no internet, to speak of, that could be accessed by trailer trash like the Bains in Dunedin. Therefore, there was no internet synchronisation of PC clocks. So, the PC clock was set usually by the user. Daylight savings meant that you had to change the clock setting. If you were lucky enough to have windows, it was easy enough to just change the hour back and forward. If you were using DOS, and the pictures of the computer looked as if it was a DOS box, then you had to set the time from the command line. So how would you do this?
You would look at the clock on the wall or your wristwatch and do SETTIME. If that was accurate to within 5 minutes, fantastic. Sure, the BIOS system would keep the clock running, so you didnt have to reset the clock every time you turned it on, but like most computer systems, the output is only ever as good as the input. If you input a time exactly 5 minutes out, the it will tell you a time almost, if not exactly 5 minutes out. So much depended on the nature of the BIOS chipset, the accuracy of the clocking crystal on the motherboard, not to mention whether you changed the time setting or not.

Any everything else is a red herring. Hasnt anyone speculated on whether Bain was diddling his sister as well as his Dad? Hells bells, they were so trailer-trash, they were probably all from the same shallow end of the gene pool to start with. They even shared spectacles?

The upshot is, if Bain's innocence was entirely determinant on what time an ancient, steam-driven PC said it was turned on, in relation to the time that other people testify having seen Bain out and about (and those times were taken from dashboard clocks in cars), to within 3 or so minutes, then I defy any sane, rational, thinking person to find him not guilty on that basis.

Then again, the apparent lack of collective intelligence being demonstrated in this country as a result of the Privy Council decision shows that this guy will get off. For christs sake he is being lauded as a fucking folk hero.

Let us presume there is a law. The legislative branch of government enacted a law that said that a political party had to limit the amount of money that it spent on direct and indirect advertising in their election campaigns. It is fairly explicit in its numbers and the things that can and cant be done.

So, this little country has an election and all of the parties spend more money than they ought to. The auditor-general (the head cop) of the nation investigates and finds that the incumbent party that was re-elected spent almost a million dollars more than they were allowed to. This was almost 3 times as much as any other party overspent by.

Does that government say "gee I am sorry, people of my little country. we did a bad thing and do not deserve to be in government. We stand down and hand our fate to the democratic process." No.
That government complained that the Auditor General is biased against them.
That government wanted the Auditor General fired.
They appealed against his decision.
None of that worked. They were given a very stern warning and told to repay the money they spent, back into the coffers from which it came.

There were a number of actions taken against them in the courts, the main one being Darnton v. Clarke, protesting that the government had installed itself illegally and should be disqualified.

Guess what we did in this banana-fucking-republic people.

The government changed the law - retrospectively. They said that the law that they had enacted, in order to prevent unfair advantage being taken of the electorate, wasnt actually intended to catch them. So they changed it. They changed the fucking law.

Now, not only can they choose not to pay back the money (oh but they are, and they are getting their fucking members to pay it back, some of whom are having to mortgage their fucking houses to do so) but they cannot be prosecuted, and they cannot have the election result contested of them breaking a law that no longer exists, even if it did when they broke it.

I cant believe it. The election is over and New Zealand is in at least as big a mess as it was before.
To those of you reading this not in New Zealand (and many of you who are) who do not understand our CRAZY political system, get this:
New Zealand, population 4.7million, has a central government comprising a parliamentary democracy. The legislature comprises a parliament made up of 120 seats, one of whom is elected to the 'neutral' position of Speaker (aka referee). With 120 seats, this give us about 1 member of legislature for every 39,000 people. This makes us one of the most represented democracies in the Western world (compare Australia 1 representative for every 65,000 people, with 2 houses of federal legislature; and the US, 1 federal respresentative, senators included for every 390,000 people!

We dont need that many politicians scr**ing us over! Just remember for the moment that we have a parliament made up of 120 seats - with one being a neutral speaker. I will get to the ridiculousness of today's situation soon.

Our electoral system is called MMP - officially "Mixed Member: Proportional" which means that, in our case, one half of the parliament represent electorates, while the other half come from a "list" of people who are allocated seats based on their party's popular vote. Its much too compelx to go into the vagueries but suffice to say its a means of getting a free ride.

The other free ride is that 5 of our parliamentary seats are elected by voters on the "Maori Roll" These seats are separate from the rest of the electorate but cover geographic areas which include these electorates. If you are a maori, or can claim to be descended from at least one of them, then you are allowed to vote for a maori seat. I am not maori and cannot therefore vote for their own representatives. That is a good thing really, because of the choice of n***ers that I had, I would have to vote informally.
Correct me if I am wrong (no, dont bother) but is this not a race-based electoral system?
Something tells me that this is fundamentally alien to the universal bill of rights.

Then there is the Maori party. Ok, can someone tell me what is wrong with this concept. I cannot create an electoral party called the "White, middle class and proud of it Party" because that would be racist, wouldnt it? I was really looking forward to a National victory today. Ah well, we might have to wait 6 months until the parliament is dissolved again and we go to the polls to elect a real government. That will give me some time to get my hunting gear sorted out.

Now, lets return to the crazy parliamentary system. Remeber I said something about 120 seats in parliament? Well, as a result of our cracked system, we dont have 120 members today, we have 122! I guess thats close enough to 120 really. Hell, whats another 2 politicians to feed and take care of? It just means that instead of having 60 members on each side of the spectrum, we have 61.

But hang on a sec, we have to have a speaker of the house? That comes, by convention, from the party having the most seats. In this case, it would be Labour, who have 50 seats. Combined with their crackpot hippy and n***er colleagues in the Greens and the Maori party plus good ole boy Jimbo Anderton that would have given them 61 seats. Give away the speaker and that leaves 60 seats out of 122. Not much of a majority now, is it?

Ok, on the other side we have Dr Don and his band of white boys. National has 49 seats outright (which is a damn fine improvement on last time). Add to that Peter "dont call me pumpkin eater" Dunn and co, Rodney "s**t that was close" Hide and we have 54 seats. the 7 who are so far unaccounted for are Winston "i wish i was white again" Peters and his National Front, i mean NZ First people. Put us all together and we have 61 seats - 1 more than the pshyco socialists.

It is amazing that the talking heads and pundits who spent 4 or 5 hours amusing themselves on our televisions last night (oh my God it was so embarassing to watch) did not once mention the position of speaker.

They did spend a lot of time trying to remind Winston Peters that he promised to lend his party's support to the party that got the most votes. I am so amazed that our media has been so left-leaning this campaign. The NZ Herald (yes, poor little new zealand only has one daily paper...) should have been printed in red for the last 6 weeks. TVNZ has been unashamedly anti-Don and TV3 has been alternately insulting and kissing the arse of everybody equally, waiting to see who it should side with.

I hate this situation. I want to get rid of the bulls**t way in which our government is put together. I want to go back to the good old days before the whingers, the n***ers, the homosexuals and every other bloody minority get their hands on what is rightfully, by virtue of being in the majority, mine.

I might move to Australia where at least they dont have any race problems, at least none that I am forced to be aware of, and i can earn a decent living without feeling ashamed about it.
